Requirement for NPIP  So I can send you a health certificate,
I must have your physical address, phone number, email address and name to purchase any hatching eggs or chicks I’ve just got to have all of them. If you don’t feel comfortable with it, please don’t order if I get a order that does not have all of that in the details. Orders will be canceled.

Don’t forget all your poultry supplies.
